Cabrini Sister to Sister Class VisitSeniors from Mrs. Tiffany Matherne’00 Theology class treated their Pre-Freshmen and freshmen sisters from Mrs. Caroline Harris’87 Dynamics of Effective Study class to a Question and Answer panel on subjects ranging from how to survive the week of exams; what was your most challenging year of high school; how do you balance extra-curricular activities and academics; how did you choose your college, and what will you miss most when you graduate from Cabrini. The Q&A was insightful and helpful to the new, younger students as they prepare to end their first semester of high school. The Attribution Theory, which is such a staple to Cabrini High School, was reinforced through many comments about always “putting forth the best effort you can in every subject, do not give up, seek help when needed, and really understand that the faculty believes any student can be successful as long as hard work is present.” There may have even been a mention of “mediocrity is NOT an option!” But perhaps the most honest question and answer was, “What is the most exciting thing about your day at Cabrini?” To which Senior Chelsey Crespo immediately replied, “EVERYTHING!!!”
