"It is better to light just one little candle than to stumble in the dark." The seniors passed the Cabrini sisterhood flame on to their little sisters at Cabrini's oldest sisterhood tradition, Candlelight Ceremony.
The sisterhood at Cabrini is strong during the first month of school with so many events, including Big Sister/Little Sister Party. Seniors dress up in coordinating costumes with their little sisters, participate in games and perform skits and dances.
Hats off to the Pre-Freshmen for their hard work and creativity on their big sisters' caps for Senior Hat Day, one of the first senior traditions that takes place at the beginning of the school year.
Our Pre-Freshmen are starting to "find friendship" at Cabrini through their Senior big sisters. Everyone learned more about each other at the Big Sis/Little Sis Mixer at lunch on August 19.
Tuesday, August 13 was the first full day of school filled with so much energy! From the Back to School Mass, Pin Ceremony, Senior Sweater Ceremony, a full period class schedule and pep rally, it was a busy day, but an exciting day! We can’t wait to see what this year has in store for our Crescents!
